- During screening we coach you on the traits and competencies that tend to predict great long-term fits, drawing on what has worked for families with similar rhythms. Caregivers move forward only after references, work history, and interviews meet our standard for “ready to meet your family.”

- We take matching seriously: when helpful, we layer in additional assessments or structured prompts so you can compare candidates on temperament, communication style, and approach to boundaries—not résumés alone.
